Rose Hill Farm & Ferments - Golden Hornet Cider (750 mL)
Rose Hill Farm & Ferments - Golden Hornet Cider (750 mL)
LIMIT 1 Bottle Per Customer
Rose Hill Farm's Golden Hornet is an unusual single varietal cider. Golden Hornet apples are incredibly small (around the size of a quarter), making them very labor intensive to harvest and then to work with in the cider making process. The result is worth the effort! A full-bodied cider with high acid and tannin -- complex and intense, not for the faint of heart. Aromatic with notes of white peony tea. Bottled petillant naturel.
About Rose Hill Farm & Ferments: Rose Hill's mission is to grow the most flavorful and nutritious fruit possible and be responsible stewards of the land. Located in New York's Hudson Valley, one of the most plentiful fruit growing regions in the U.S., and an area with a rich & robust cider history. Rose Hill's low-intervention cider & winemaking is an honest expression of the land and a natural extension of their holistic orchard practices. Just the best quality fruit, nothing added, nothing removed. We carry many of their ciders, and some of their fantastic coferments. Fans of pét nats, natural wines, or traditionally made ciders will all enjoy Rose Hill's delightful elixers.
