Located in New York's Hudson Valley, one of the most plentiful fruit growing regions in the U.S., and an area with a rich & robust cider history. Rose Hill's low-intervention cider & winemaking is an honest expression of the land and a natural extension of their holistic orchard practices. Just the best quality fruit, nothing added, nothing removed. We carry many of their ciders, and some of their fantastic coferments.
