Botanist & Barrel's Basq in the Glory cider is inspired by traditional basque style sidra. It’s raw, wild, hazy, funky, sour, and ever so slightly effervescent. Spontaneously fermented and bottled Pétillant Naturel. It has only the slightest of carbonation (more or less still) but is a pleasant, full bodied cider. Semi-dry cider with high acidity and low tannins. Bold aromatics of lemon drop candy, green apple, and ripe melon. Flavor notes include juicy, tart green apple, sweet & tart meyer lemon. Bold fresh flavors come on instantly at first sip, softened by the sweetness and full body of the cider. Finishes with a brief sour kick in the back of the throat and a mouthwatering acidity that lingers into your next sip.
