François Séhédic - Cidre Extra Brut (750 mL)
Dry Sparkling French Cider made in the Brittany region of France. A blend of 30 heirloom cider varieties, including Rouget de Dol, Locard Vert, Douce Moen, Pomme Poire, Marie Menard, Douce Coëtligné, Petit Jaune, Jurella, Judaine, Judor, Inra 1364 and more. Aged in barrels for 6 months, then naturally carbonated in the bottle for another 4 months before its release. No added sulfites.
Aromatics of fresh apple and apple orchard. Slightly bitter tannins and a mild barnyard funk. Finishes with a flush of tart acids.
