A long-time German wine importer who has since taken to producing his own wines, he's also responsible for some of the rarest and most delicious ciders in the world: all-natural, sulfur-free ciders made from native Franconian apple varieties. He also makes Poire (perry), as well as ciders featuring quince & sorbus domestica (sorbs!). From the Franken region of Germany.
