Domaine Johanna Cécillon - Cidre Nantosuelta (750 mL)
Domaine Johanna Cécillon - Cidre Nantosuelta (750 mL)
The very slightest of rustic farmhouse funk in this French cider presents just enough of itself to transport you to the romantic vibe of touring an orchard based cider in France's Breton region.
'Nantosuelta' in Celtic means “Valley of the Sun” and is a goddess of Celtic springs. This vintage is made with fruit from the 2021 harvest, and is a blend of sweet and bittersweet Breton apple varieties. Organic cider, Natural Fermentation, and with no added sulfites.
Tasting Notes: Sparkling with lush bittersweet apple notes, tannins and acidity in great balance, and hints of lime & lemon Zest. Moderately complex - this cider drinks semi-dry, with fruity apple-forward notes that give a slightly sweeter perception on the front of the palate, then finishes with a dry bite from the tannins and sparkle. The
classic French bittersweet apple notes and medium-plus tannins in this cidre de bretagne will not disappoint!
