33 Mugs of Cider - Journal for Cider Tasting Notes by 33 Books
33 Ciders is a cider journal that provides an easy way to record tasting notes in a small, convenient notebook format.
Designed for Speed
This cider notebook is designed for ease of use. It’s tough to hold a notepad in one hand, a pencil in the other, and have another hand left for your mug of cider. Taking notes with 33 Ciders is as simple as checking a few boxes and entering a few basic facts.
The flavor wheel in 33 Ciders can be used to quickly recall a cider's unique flavor long after consumption. For low values of the flavor, fill in dots near the wheel’s center. A single-varietal Oregon cider made from Yarlington Mill apples is used in the example shown.
A new "cider triangle" within the flavor wheel allows the drinker to quickly locate where a cider falls on the acid/tannin/sweet triangle. The triangle is noted with a dashed line in the center of the wheel. Use just the triangle for quick notes, or use the full flavor wheel for a more thorough tasting.
Secret Ingredient
A teeny, tiny amount of real cider is infused into the ink in each new edition, which is cryptically noted on the back.
Eco-Friendly
33 Ciders is made with 100% recycled papers sourced in North America. The books are printed with care in sunny Portland, Oregon.
